Early afternoon can be dedicated to shopping before moving to the quite Countryside where we are meeting our friendly and excited dog.

A nice fast walk-through woods and fields will let you discover the simple technique of truffle hunting. The dog will be the leader and all attendees will be his fellows of adventure, smelling, running, and digging up precious truffles to be used next during the cooking class. Truffles, wines and hands-on pasta making will be the scenery of this fun evening and rest of the day.
