Tuscan Team proposes the chance to enjoy a Tuscany Vineyard Dinner at Sunset. The good news is that our Tuscany Vineyard Dinner will become a weekly event, while the bad news is that we will organize it from June to September only. Our night begins with an aperitivo (aperitif), and as every Italian aperitivo, the wine glass comes with some finger food while watching the sun goes down and snapping pictures. As the sky begins to darken and the blue night begins, you are invited to sit down on a long table laid under twinkling fairy-lights – our real Tuscan Team dream come true! Thus begins the meal with a delicious starter before proceeding to the primo and secondo. A full Italian meal is served, and each course is served and combined with a different home-made wine. All guests will be delighted by the pairing of food and the full range of rosé, white and red wines. All the 3 or 4 wines served during the evening are produced in the Chianti Classico wine region, just on the hills you can admire during the dinner and evening. At the Aperitivo is normally served a chilly and lighter wine: you could decide to get a glass of Prosecco (white sparkling wine) or just a white or maybe taste a local rosé, one of the lasted wines created. The most Important full-bodied red wine will be a Chianti Classico Riserva which will be paired with a secondo meat course, Instead the sweetest will be served at the end of the dinner: the final sweet dessert wine “vin santo” is paired with final dessert. We guarantee the food is cooked using local fresh ingredients. We have a limited number of seats available for each event and we truly recommend joining us.
